About MIRRA Network

The Migration in Remote and Rural Areas (MIRRA) team seeks to explore, understand and facilitate sharing of knowledge and information on migration as it relates to remote and rural regions. Areas of interests include for example: internal and international migration; patterns and trends of migration; drivers of migration, different types of migration (e.g. youth, short term, permanent, labour, etc.); wellbeing of migrants, and retention and settlement processes.
We welcome the involvement of individuals and organizations with an interest in migration in remote and rural areas to contact us.
