(Report) Networks as Interventions

Held in Edmonton, Alberta, over 70 Symposium participants engaged with the concept, design, practice and evaluation of networks in the context of Canadian and international public policy. They explored the dilemmas faced, and the quandaries and benefits arising, when networks are used by governments to support innovation or to solve difficult problems. As well, they explored more broadly whether networks are, in fact, a viable strategy or solution for complex issues.
