The EWRC is an annual Brussels-based four-day event organised by the European Committee of the Regions (CoR) and the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) and attracts around 6,000 delegates, mainly regional managing authorities, policy-makers and practitioners. 
This year the RSA is a leading organiser of five University sessions as part of the European Week of Regions and Cities. These sessions are:
