Learning Commons Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is composed of up to 20 people. The Project Co-ordinator acts as Chair of the Committee. They meet about once per month (most often via the internet). Where possible, such as at focused events, face-to-face meetings take place with available steering committee members. When circumstances require it, a designate can be substituted for Team Leads at particular meetings. Decisions are made by consensus where possible and by majority vote of all Steering Committee members if necessary.
The Steering Committee is composed of the following members.
- Project Director
- Project Manager
- Project Co-ordinator (Chair)
- Liaison Officers (up to 3)
- Team Leaders (up to 12)
- External Members (up to 2)
