(Call for Abstracts) Rural Entrepreneurship Conference
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
14th Rural Entrepreneurship Conference Lincoln Business School, 15-17th June, 2016
Abstracts are invited from researchers in any of the following themes:
- Rural Social Entrepreneurship
- Rural Tourism Entrepreneurship
- Technology and innovation in the rural economy
- Entrepreneurship, farming and the natural environment
- International dimensions on rural entrepreneurship
- Opportunities and challenges for rural development

Abstracts should be emailed to rec2016@lincoln.ac.uk by 1st February 2016.
They welcome practitioner papers and reports, case studies and academic research papers. The Journal of Tourism, Planning and Development is offering a special issue on rural tourism entrepreneurship for papers from this conference, marking 20 years of tourism research and teaching at Lincoln. They are also speaking to publishers about a book to be launched in 2017 to mark 15 years of this conference.
A dinner, with presentations from the founders and social enterprise researchers, will be staged at Hill Holt Wood (a nationally award-winning social enterprise) on the first evening – 15th June – with transport provided from Newark or Lincoln.

Early Bird rates to include the conference dinner are £185 before 29th April 2016. (After this, the fee will be £220). For PhD students, the fee is £150. Some bursaries will be available thanks to our sponsors – see the website for further details. The evening dinner and visit to Hill Holt will be an extra £30.00.
